I would like to apologize for the lack of content this past month. I have had several trips out of town, and I have not had time, nor the inclination to make cheese. This coming Sunday I will be out at Smoky Valley Artisan Cheese helping with their first cheese making class of this year. We are all full, but there are three spots left for the session in March, let me know if you are interested.
